How will I get my visa?
By email, as a PDF. Print it or keep it on your phone. The airline may ask to see it at check-in. You don’t need a sticker in your passport.
It’s been 3 days and my visa hasn’t come. What should I do?
First check your spam folder. Then sign in on the Track page to see where your application is. If immigration has added extra checks, it can take longer. WhatsApp us with your application number and we’ll check it for you.
Will my visa definitely be approved?
Nobody can promise that, including us. UAE immigration decides every application. What we do is check everything first, so it isn’t delayed or refused because of a wrong photo or a missing page.
I made a mistake in my application. Can I change it?
Yes, if we haven’t submitted it yet. WhatsApp or email us straight away with your application number and the correction.
My visa was rejected. Can I apply again?
We tell you straight away, with the reason if immigration gives one. A refused application is non-refundable, but we’ll tell you honestly whether a new application is likely to work.
