What a good visa photo looks like

The face photo is the document we most often ask people to retake. Here is the size, and the mistakes we see every day.

Is Apply eVisa Dubai genuine or a scam?
We’re a licensed private company in Dubai, so you can check us before paying anything. Our trade licence 2648704.01 is active on the government Invest in Dubai portal, under Brillsmac Consultants and Tourism L.L.C-FZ. Our office is on the 6th floor of Meydan Grandstand, and you can WhatsApp or call us first.

Is this the official government website?
No. We’re a private, licensed visa assistance company, not the UAE government. We check your documents and submit the application for you. You can also apply yourself on the official portal (u.ae), which costs less.

Do I need a visa to visit Dubai?
Please check with the UAE authorities or your airline before you travel. Rules depend on your passport and change often, and visa-free entry or a visa on arrival is always up to UAE immigration. We don’t confirm this for any nationality, but if you want your visa approved before you fly, we can apply for you.
Getting started
I’m going for 10 days. Which visa should I take?
Take the one that covers your whole stay. For 10 days, the 14-day tourist visa is enough. For 2 to 4 weeks, take the 30-day visa. If you’ll pop out to Oman or another country and come back, you need a multiple-entry visa.
Getting started
What documents do you need from me?
Usually just three things per person: a face photo on a white background, a clear copy of the passport page with your photo, and a photo of the passport’s front cover. The passport must be valid for 6 months after you arrive. For a transit visa, add your onward flight ticket.

Can I take the photo on my phone?
Yes. Stand against a plain white wall in daylight and ask someone to take it from about 1.5 m away. Selfies are often rejected because the face looks stretched. You can upload a JPG, PNG or PDF.
Documents & photo
How many days does it take to get the visa?
Usually 2–3 working days after we have your payment and correct documents. With Urgent processing it’s less than 24 hours. Weekends, UAE public holidays and extra checks can add time. All applications are subject to government approval, and timelines are estimates.
Processing
My flight is in 2 days. Can I still get my visa in time?
Often, yes. Choose Urgent (+$50 per person) and upload clear documents straight away. Then WhatsApp us your flight date so we can check. UAE immigration makes the final decision, so we can’t promise a date.
Processing
How will I get my visa?
By email, as a PDF. Print it or keep it on your phone. The airline may ask to see it at check-in. You don’t need a sticker in your passport.
Processing
How much does the visa cost?
From $150 (14-day tourist and 96-hour transit) to $350 (60-day multiple entry), per person, including the UAE government fee and our service fee. No hidden charges. Urgent processing is +$50 per person. One all-in price per traveller, covering the UAE government fee and our service fee. You’ll see the exact amount after a quick sign-in, before you pay. There are no hidden charges. Urgent processing is +$50 per traveller.
Payment & refunds
Can I cancel and get my money back?
You can cancel your application before it is submitted to UAE immigration and receive a refund, minus a $50 handling fee per application. Once your application has been submitted, or if it is refused, it is non-refundable. Please review our refund policy for full details.
