Questions

Questions about this visa

Can I leave the airport?
Yes. You can enter the UAE and stay up to 96 hours.
What documents do you need from me?
Usually just three things per person: a face photo on a white background, a clear copy of the passport page with your photo, and a photo of the passport’s front cover. The passport must be valid for 6 months after you arrive. For a transit visa, add your onward flight ticket.
How many days does it take to get the visa?
Usually 2–3 working days after we have your payment and correct documents. With Urgent processing it’s less than 24 hours. Weekends, UAE public holidays and extra checks can add time. All applications are subject to government approval, and timelines are estimates.
What’s the difference between Urgent and the Express Visa?
Urgent is an add-on to any visa: +$50 per person, processed in less than 24 hours. The Express Visa is a separate visa type for travellers who need everything handled first. You can see both when you apply, and WhatsApp us if you’re not sure which you need.
How much does the visa cost?
From $150 (14-day tourist and 96-hour transit) to $350 (60-day multiple entry), per person, including the UAE government fee and our service fee. No hidden charges. Urgent processing is +$50 per person. One all-in price per traveller, covering the UAE government fee and our service fee. You’ll see the exact amount after a quick sign-in, before you pay. There are no hidden charges. Urgent processing is +$50 per traveller.
Can I cancel and get my money back?
You can cancel your application before it is submitted to UAE immigration and receive a refund, minus a $50 handling fee per application. Once your application has been submitted, or if it is refused, it is non-refundable. Please review our refund policy for full details.
Can I extend my visa while I’m in Dubai?
Most tourist visas can be extended from inside the UAE, depending on the immigration rules at the time. A transit visa can’t. Message us at least a few days before your visa ends.
